The ongoing exhibition 上海龙凤1314anghai is presented i

上海龙凤1314女神会所features artworks about the early life and achievements of Mao Zedong before 1949.

The second part, War and Peace, features heroic soldiers in the Long Mar

上海龙凤1314女神会所The third section comprises portraits of Chairman Mao from the 1960-70s when art was used as a ma

The other three chapters are about innovation and experiment上海龙凤1314女神会所

上海龙凤1314″Chen Yifei already showed his extraordinary creative power with a series of hist

orical paintings … but in this piece he gave up the realistic creative methods which he used so adeptly,” says Ch上海龙凤1314

en Lyusheng, referring to the exhibition centerpiece Thinking of the Seven Decades of History at My Space.

上海龙凤1314女神会所According to Chen Lyusheng, the work features a combination of multiple layers of blurred images of his

torical events and a painting of the artist’s own back, making it seem as if he is meditating before history.

“It was a challenge to the established principles in the creation of hist上海龙凤1314

orical paintings in China,” Chen Lyusheng adds. “The artist Chen Yifei was exploring new po

ssibilities in this field. The painting appeared in a special period of history after the ‘cultural revolution’ (1966-76), an

d was one of the first signs of post-modernism appearing in the Chinese art scene.”

Born in 1946, Chen Yifei was one of the first Chinese artists to win recognition in the internatio上海龙凤1314女神会所

eakthroughs in filmmaking, fashion design and publishing. He died in Shanghai in 2005.

In 2009, Wang bought Thinking of the Seven Decades of History at My Space for 43 million yuan ($6.25 million), making it th

“Chen Yifei was an artist from Shanghai and so were my family

and me. It meant a lot to us to bring the painting back home to Shanghai,” said Wang.

The project will be beneficial to both China and Cambodia, Qian said.

“Many Chinese companies go overseas to expand their businesses. However, because of a la

Some Chinese companies have decided to join the investment in the ne

I think the Belt and Road Initiative is very good . Five

pillars of the initiative are important. The most and best (part) of it, I think, is connectiv

ity and inter-culture exchange, sustainable development agenda, and knowledge transfer.

China is the biggest market in the world. We have enough resources in our country. We want our p

roduct get access to the market and we also want to live in good infrastructure, such as roads, railw

ays, schools, hospitals. I also hope knowledge of China come to our country. We have sea access, and good infra

structure can help our country and neighboring countries get access to the Maritime Silk Road.

China has become the second-largest investor of our count

ry in the past 10 years. It’s investing infrastructure, mining

and agriculture. We have Confucius Institute, facilitate Chinese and Portuguese learning. The Belt and Road

Initiative helps Mozambique boost its industrialization, technology and finance.

After rejecting May’s Brexit deal last week, MPs voted in favor

It’s possible the EU may propose a long extension to the Brexit process and require the UK to take part in the upcoming European elections in May.

Downing Street has used the prospect of a lengthy delay — which could be used to force a second

Future of Sino-US ties lies in cooperationhina and the Uni

More than 40 years ago China and the United States engaged in “ping pong diplomacy”, ea

sing the tensions between the two countries ever since the founding of New China in 1949.

With the People’s Republic of China retaining its rightful seat in the Un

ited Nations Security Council in 1971 and its international status continuously imp

roving, it had become apparent that the US policy to contain New China would be fruitless.

The US, on the other hand, was mired in the Vietnam War, which was sapping its national po

wer. So the US administration realized it should establish friendly relations with China in order to end the w

ar. Against this background, on Jan 1, 1979, the two countries formally established diplomatic relations.

But even before it established diplomatic relations with the US, China launched reform and opening-up in late 1978. As the leade

r of the Western world, the US played the dominant role in the global economy, as well as the technology, invest

ment, finance and other fields, with which China had to integrate to ensure its economic development.

The volume of good quality water nationwide has reached 71 perce

Zhang also highlighted other challenges to be faced. He said that many drinking water source

“We believe that by 2020 a repeatable and constructive tech

Education authorities in Beijing have launched an investigation into actor Zhai Tianlin, who has received high-profile plagiarism allegations.

The Education Work Committee of the CPC Beijing Municipal Committee and Beijing Education Commission have sent an investigative team to the Beijing Film Acad
